Word Of Inspiration - The Power Of Love

Love is a power, it is life and it is light! It reveals to us that which are hidden under normal circumstances. Love transforms, and it manifests itself in unimaginable ways - not just from the one who gives it, but the one who is poised and ready to receive it. Love saves, it heals, love forgives, love covers a multitude of sins/faults, it restores peace in places where there is war and confusion. Love is like a bond that has the the power to unite. Love knows no color, and there is no speech nor language in which love is not felt and or known. Love is empowering and endearing. It is soothing as well as it is captivating. It is a spark that can ignite a fire and keep the flames burning eternally. Love is not limited by height, depth, length nor breath.



Love is unconditional - no strings attached. Love is not manipulative but is kind, gentle, compassionate and merciful. Love is not puffed up, is not boastful and it does not envy but love believes all things, beareth all things, hopeth all things, and endureth all things. Love do not rejoice in iniquity nor the demise of another but love feels the pain of the one who is hurting and gives comfort. Love will lay down his/her life for a friend. Love is divine, it is sacred, it is serene, peaceful as it exudes with confidence in the one who gives it. There is a limit to human love, but God's love never fails. (1 Corinthians 13: 4-7)

Love is real. It comes only from God and it cannot be changed. Love is God's character of who He is. He gives mercy as an expression of His love. Everything He does, it is out of His love for us. It is hard to imagine the world without this kind of love. And so in our manifestation of our love, we must first love God.

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
