Prayer For World Peace

God of comfort, mercy and grace  - the giver of life, the hope for today and tomorrow, we enter boldly into your gates with thanksgiving and into your courts with praise. We declare your majesty, that you are the one true living God. We stand on your promised word that we are more than conquerors despite the many difficulties and challenges here on this earth. Grace us with your presence, come tabernacle with us, and let the fellowship with your sweet Holy Spirit revive, refresh and renew a right spirit within us again this day.

We pray for world peace. May war and strife among nations and against your people with chemical weapons and other weapons of mass destruction cease now in the name of Jesus. We will not succumb to fear of the imminent threats as presented by the evil forces, but we trust in you and remember that you did not give us spirit to fear, but of love, power and a sound mind. We declare no weapons formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rise against us in judgement, are already condemned. Cover us under your blood and keep us safe from harm and danger in Jesus name amen.

    1. Hi Bola, it is in moments like these that I've got to remind myself not to murmur or complain but in everything to give thanks unto God. So many others out there have it much worst. God bless you my sister.
